Aiming to generate a buzz for an established candy brand, we redefined “Puccho” candies with a playfulPUCCHO A-N (“Puccho, Open Wide”) virtual reality game. Invented for this promotion, the virtual reality PUCCHO A-N 4D GOGGLES were fitted with a robot arm that was synchronized with a promotional video, enabling the wearer to savor the sensation of a personal “Puccho, open wide,” from popular “idol” Kana Hashimoto. The video for this promotion was viewed more than 18 million times. In the day-to-day lives of the youthful targets and around the world, this promotion became a big topic and contributed significantly to Puccho revenues. (Talent contract has expired.)
